STEPS TO QUOTES PROCESSED

Step 1: Track Quote Queue

  • Review PartsTrader dashboard.

Goal: Maintain daily visibility of pending quotes.

Example:

  • “5 quotes pending submission.”

Step 2: Follow Up Unprocessed Quotes

  • Call or email customers for pending responses.

Goal: Reduce open quote backlog.

Example:

  • “Follow-up on quote Q12345 – no feedback.”

Step 3: Manage Unable-to-Supply

  • Use ‘Submit Quote as Unable to Supply’.

Goal: Flag restricted or unavailable deliveries.

Example:

  • “San Jose address – mark as UTS.”

Step 4: Handle SRS Parts

  • Add comment “SRS part no longer available”.

Goal: Manage exceptions for SRS items.

Example:

  • “Airbag module – unavailable.”

Step 5: Remove Restricted Parts

  • Delete trunk beds, full car seats manually.

Goal: Exclude non-processable parts.

Example:

  • “Remove pickup bed PN: 93512JK0A.

Step 6: Update Records

  • Record completion date and SO#.

Goal: Maintain logs of processed quotes.

Example:

  • “Quote Q12345 → SO#3456.”

Step 7: Report Perferomance

  • Submit weekly metrics to manager.

Goal: Track KPIs and conversion stats.

Example:

  • “This week: 42 quotes, 39 converted (93%).”
