STEPS TO QUOTED VALUE
Step 1: Access Quote
Open PartsTrader > Quotes Requested > Sent to Collision Link.
Goal: Retrieve incoming quote requests promptly.
Example:
Select the new quote from shop “ABC Collision.”
Step 2: Collect Customer Info
Record VIN, phone, shop name & address, part numbers.
Goal: Gather all details required to validate the quote.
Example:
“VIN 1N4BL3AP6JC100101 for Joe’s Auto Body.”
Step 3: Verify Part Numbers
Use NNAnet2.0 EPC to confirm and match first five digits.
Goal: Ensure eligible discounts are applied.
Example:
“Verify part #91110JK14A before pricing.”
Step 4: Check API Pricing
Review PartsTrader for Alternate Price Index (API).
Goal: Confirm alternative pricing sources.
Example:
“API shows $235 vs. MSRP $250.”
Step 5: Apply Program Discounts
Check Opstrax (Nissan = 15%, Infiniti = 37%).
Goal: Ensure eligible discounts are applied.
Example:
“Use 15: Cost + 10 for ineligible item.”
Step 6: Confirm Availability
NNAnet → Order Management → PDC Inquiry.
Goal: Verify stock status in DBS and Tekion.
Example:

Step 7: Submit Final Quote
Include SO# and delivery ETA, click Submit.
